About the Role
We are looking for a Leadership Associate – a central role designed to connect the dots across WeWork Israel’s leadership team.
In this position, you will serve as the key link between functional leaders, reporting directly to the CEO of WeWork Israel.
Your focus will be on cross-functional alignment, communication, and execution – ensuring priorities are clear, projects move forward smoothly, and leadership decisions translate into action across the organization.
This role is about orchestrating collaboration, driving clarity, and keeping leadership initiatives on track. You’ll be the one who makes sure the right conversations happen at the right time, and that strategic initiatives evolve into impact.
In this role, your responsibilities will Include, but won’t be limited to:
- Act as a cross-functional connector – ensuring alignment between Finance, Community, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations.
- Facilitate leadership meetings: set agendas, identify action items, and follow up with owners to ensure project development
- Prepare reports, insights, and presentations that support decision-making at the leadership level.
- Support strategic projects that require collaboration between multiple teams.
- Partner with leaders to anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and ensure initiatives move forward.
- Maintain clear communication channels between leadership and teams.
- Administrative tasks.
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Excellent English & Hebrew communication skills (written & spoken).
- Proven ability to turn ideas into action and results across different functions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and natural problem-solving ability.
- High professional maturity, integrity, and discretion.
- Experience in executive support, operations, or cross-functional project coordination.
- Solid skills in preparing clear reports and presentations.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments.
