FAQs
Your WeWork All Access monthly membership includes one coworking space booking per day, as well as the ability to book meeting rooms by the hour using credits at select locations based upon your WeWork All Access membership plan. If it’s your first time in a building, check in with the Community Team at the Front Desk.
Credits are available based on your WeWork All Access membership plan as set forth in your membership agreement. Credits refresh on the first of every month. Unused credits will not roll over into the next month. You are welcome to make additional bookings over your included credits, and the charges for these bookings will be added to your next month’s invoice. Mail and package handling is available to purchase as an add-on service to WeWork All Access Basic and Plus membership plans in select locations. Learn more here.
Select WeWork locations offer 24/7 access. For those that do not, you can book workspace Sunday through Thursday during business hours of each location (may vary worldwide). To view the business hours of a specific location, navigate to the Building Guide on the WeWork app, and select ‘Building Information’.
Once you have picked up and activated your keycard, your WeWork All Access membership allows you to book a workspace on weekends and public holidays in select locations that offer 24/7 access. Note that certain amenities are only offered during business hours.
